Return Policy
We accept size exchanges only within 3 days of when items were received. The merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed. Merchandise must be returned for exchange in its original condition, in its original packaging and accompanied by its original tags. Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges; no exceptions. The exchange will take place once we received the item being exchanged. We advise customers to review each item description before purchasing as items are made from different fabrics and sizing are all different depending on the collection.
Refunds are only offered if item is received damaged in the fullfilment process.

Simply contact our Customer Support team by emailing info@premiercsclothing.com within 3 business days of the order's delivery date. After receiving the merchandise, we require up to 5 business days to process the exchange.
Please Note: Merchandise returned damaged or without authorization may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of Premier Couture Society. Merchandise marked final sale cannot be exchanged. Original shipping fees are not refundable. Customer will be responsible for providing their own return label unless they were sent the wrong order (Store Error).
