Shipping policy

When will my order ship?

We pack and ship packages the same day when items are purchased and verified unless orders are placed after 3 PM on weekends. 

You will receive a tracking number once your item(s) are packaged and a shipping label is created. 

Please make sure to use correct address for shipping as Premier Couture Society will not be held responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. 

Can I return my item for a refund?

Unfortunately, returns, refunds and/or cancellations are currently not allowed for online purchases. We do offer an exchange policy though. For more information head to our refund policy.
